March 9, 2014. APJ Ski Club had their 2nd Annual excursion to Falcon Ridge Ski Resort at Falcon Lake, Manitoba.
It was an unbelievably beautiful winter day! We skied, tubed, and even ate lunch outside. Sunny and warm (above 0 degrees) after a brutally harsh winter, it was a day to celebrate the outdoors!
We were given a shooting lesson on the biathlon range just prior to the ski race which took place there that day. Coach Jeff participated in the Biathlon Competition (his first ski race of that kind), and placed well enough for a medal!
