The first annual “Great Cookie Sprint Off!” took place on Sunday February 21, 2016. What a success! 40 Jackrabbits came out for the fun of sprint-skiing and devouring cookies! As the general public strolled through the park, I’m sure they thought we were headed for something big, what with our professional garb and a studio photographer snapping our pictures!
