Thursday March 3 was an absolutely beautiful night for skiing! APJ skiers joined with other clubs to sprint-race one another in pairs (or, at most, in threes) down the grid at Windsor Park. Each winner received a loonie while 2nd (or 3rd) placers received the chocolate version of the coin. Medals were also given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placers in each age group, and hot chocolate and cookies rounded out the evening. Our APJ group had 10 kids participate – great stuff! What a talented group we have. Way to go everyone! Thanks, parents for your hard work in getting your skiers out there and having fun in this event!
